Line of Fire

Line of Fire

Line of Fire: Struck-By, Caught-Between & Released Energy Safety is a life-critical safety course designed to help workers identify and control hazards associated with moving objects, crushing and entanglement, and the unexpected release of stored energy. It covers struck-by hazards, dropped objects, moving plant and vehicles, suspended loads, pinch points, rotating equipment, excavation and collapse risks, pressure systems, hydraulic and pneumatic energy, and effective isolation and exclusion controls.

Through real-world incident case studies, interactive hazard-identification activities, scenario-based learning, and knowledge checks, participants learn to recognise line-of-fire exposures, maintain safe positioning and exclusion zones, apply appropriate control measures, and prevent serious injuries and fatalities caused by uncontrolled movement or energy release.
